45MnMoB Drilling Pipe – Built for Extreme Wells

1. Extreme Strength – Handles ultra-deep wells (>3,000m) & high-pressure reservoirs (≥50 MPa) with tensile strength ≥790 MPa.
2. Rock-Hard Wear Resistance – Manganese & molybdenum boost hardness (QT-treated up to 28–32 HRC) to fight abrasion.
3. Impact-Ready – Absorbs shocks (stuck pipe, vibrations) with ≥14% elongation.
4. Corrosion & Heat Resistant – Low sulfur/phosphorus + molybdenum for tough fluids & high temps.
5. Weldable & Tough – Field-ready welding & machining for demanding jobs.
Perfect For: Ultra-deep, high-wear, or HPHT wells.
Upgrade when 1541/4130 can’t keep up.
Applications include fore poling (advance support), mine blasting, water well drilling, geothermal well drilling, and coal/nonferrous metal mining.
